The product, in the report: The product is an electric bike, its name is the isinwheel U1, and this model is black (but the U1 comes in black or white). It has 14 inch tires, weighs about 52 pounds, with dimensions of 47.2 x 22.8 x 39.4 inches. It has a 500W rear hub motor, 36V 7.8Ah battery, and it’s top speed is about 20 mph.
Our family was biking together and my daughter was riding the Isinwheel U1. We stopped and got off the bikes to walk across the road. When she was walking with the U1 it started moving forward on its own without any input from her, pulling her into the road. Fortunately there were no cars coming but she was very scared, and could have been hit if there was traffic. The same thing happened to me when I tried to walk with it. This happens consistently every time someone tries to walk with the bike and the pedal assist is set to anything other than zero. This didnt seem to start happening until months after we had purchased the bike, and is a very dangerous situation. I contacted the manufacturer and they thought it might be a problem with the throttle, however, they were not willing to fix the product at their cost. I have a video of the issue occurring, and correspondence with the manufacturer that I can provide if it would help.

I bought a ebike for my daughter online www.isinwheel.com, Model: isinwheel Ucity Electric Cruiser Bike. Both front brake and back brake do not work in two months. I contacted the support with isinwheel, they let me to repair, but they did not nothing. My daughter dare not to ride this ebike now.
