The product, in the report: 2022 Intense Tazer MX e- mountain bike

Received new bicycle in 2023 and started noticing some instability, but wasnt sure what it was, and performed some maintenance checks but no issues were found, later on in 2024 I noticed by line of eyesight that the bike frame and rear wheel triangle were not in alignment, enough so that it was clearly visible, noticeable. Measuring verified that it was way out of alignment by 6-8 millimeters in November of 2024. No accidents occurred however instability makes for unsafe conditions. Warranty claim was filed on or about December 6 2024 but no action has been taken, not sure if it is a coincidence or not but shortly after the warranty claim was made and the problem was pointed out to them all of these particular bike models were removed from their website
