The product, in the report: Specialized Globe Haul st, color: SATIN OBSIDIAN, part number: Part No.: 91023-8000U
I was sent three defective e-bikes during a 6 month period. One shut down all power in the middle of a busy intersection. Specialized told me that they couldnt confirm how the product was supposed to perform in regards to whether fluctuating pedal assist levels during steady pedaling on a steady uphill were part of a battery saving function or not. Specialized also said that they cannot provide support for bikes that arent performing properly if the bicycle display is not showing a fault. My third bike had all the same problems, but finally showed an error code. I finally asked for my money back so I could get a more reliable product.
