    We purchased an eBike off of Amazon (ADISTAR 16” Electric Bike,750W,65 Miles Range,748.8Wh), the bike arrived and we performed the remaining assembly steps, which did not include any work on the rear tire. After riding the bike for 1 day, all 6 machine screws attaching the rear break disc to the rear wheel had vibrated out and fell out of the bike. My son handled the situation by feathering the front break and managed to stop and make it home, where I inspected and found the issue. This could potentially be happening on all of their bikes and I believe it is going to kill people.
