The consumer has a safety concern about the product. About two weeks after he purchased the product, he had an ice chest on the bed of the UTV. The bed got so hot, that the ice chest melted. Also, the seat of the UTV gets too hot to sit on.

The consumer contacted the manufacturer, who advised him that a supervisor will call him back. However, no one has responded. The consumer will call the firm again.
