The product, in the report: Rosso Motors - eQuad X Navy Blue 800W Utility ATV Model equad x electric ATV

This write up is reference to a Rosso motors blue 32 volt/800 watt equad s electric ATV. On Saturday 7/4/2020 the accelerator became stuck in the “on” position with our 7 Y.O. on the vehicle. Luckily our son only sustained some scratches, scraps, bumps and bruises but he was quite scared and literally in shock after the incident. The equad remains at full acceleration now, we were able to get it to stop by switching it to the off position.

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think something like this would or could happen!!!! Luckily my son was able to grab the tree and or he could have been seriously injured. In addition to the “internal” issue or damage the equad had, the accident damaged the right front brake/accelerator area. The plastic housing is cracked and several wires are exposed (the brakes are still functioning). The incident also caused damage to our neighbors landscaping and the rear bumper of their [REDACTED].
