The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

No incident, no one hurt Made May 1, 2025, sent to the company May 6, 2025, published by CPSC May 20, 2025
The product, in the report: This is a all-terrain vehicle designed for offloading.
The front seat belts on my Massimo UTV are rubbing the shoulder ring while in operation and frying the safety belt. One of the seatbelts on the passenger side has already broken in two.If there were to be an accident with the condition of the seatbelts now they would fail, and the passengers would be ejected from the vehicle. The shoulder strap and the shoulder ring seemed to be in conflict with each other. this seems to be a design flaw and a serious safety issue. Thank you.

No one hurt Made Apr 22, 2021, sent to the company Jun 1, 2021, published by CPSC Jun 15, 2021
The product, in the report: Massimo UTV Massimo MSU 850 is what they say they sold but it turned out to be an “Oces” UTV. Manufacturer address: OOES, China - according to Massimo
81 YOM was using the UTV (new, under warranty< 96 miles) to plow the driveway of snow. After taking a break he put the unit in park and the engine shot out flames. The fire department was called and because prior UTV (which was returned to Massimo) had electrical issues, they discussed that it could be electrical in nature. Not an official inspection. The motors/engines to these units are defective.
Update 6/6/21- the origin of the fire is unknown, and compensation has been offered by the seller
