The product, in the report: summer escapes polly pool for children

Summer Escapes polly pool 5ft diameter Blue hard plastic with slide and steps. about 1ft deep. It has a drain plug that is near the steps made of hard plastic. We had bought one and exchanged due to drain popping out when you step on the stairs, We took the pool back and exchanged for a new one. The new pool(exact same pool) does the same thing when you step on the stairs the drain plug pops out. It is about 1” in diameter. My 3yr old was playing in the pool and was choking severly on the plastic drain plug...... I contacted the manufacturer they said yes it is a choking hazard to send and email if I was concerned I asked to speak to a superviser and they hung up on me. I will be returning this to walmart.
