Bought a Coleman pool from Walmart. Had it up one month and the ladder is totally rusted at all 4 connections on ladder and one if the steps broke causing a child to fall. Coleman warranty is not replacing or trying to fix this seriously severe issue. They keep passing the issue to a UK Company Bestways. Neither side wants accountability this can cause death or serious injury with a child or and adult!!
