The product, in the report: Hover board

We bought a faulty hover board from Hover-1, part of the DGL Group located in Edison NJ. We have contacted them, but they refuse to fix it or replace it. It’s a safety hazard as the board just stops when it dies and throws the rider off. It’s suppose to give a low battery warning, but it doesn’t. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed.
