The product, in the report: Ninebot ninipro by Segway
I was riding along on the sidewalk when my ninebot minipro segway abruptly turned to the right without me using the knee stick . I t spun me around twice in a circle , I could not untangle my legs soon enough to jump of the unit . Then it through me off from the sidewalk to the stree onto my tailbone and elbows. It has continued to malfunction in that way , so I have ceased to ride it.
