The product, in the report: Hoverboard360 Smart Balance Board with Bluetooth Speakers (Red) - Hoverboard Model: M2A2-RD-STOCK

I ordered a Keenford Limited self/balancing iMoto Hoverboard for my son in December 2015. In July 2016 I was notified that the product had been recalled. We had been having difficulty with the product charger not working appropriately and exposing wires so and were glad to be able to have it taken care of as it appeared that it was a hazard. I initiated my discussions with Hoverboard to obtain an exchange. After receiving the run around for months, I was finally able to obtain a shipping label and in December 2016 shipped the product back. I was not offered a replacement board which is what I wanted and was told I would receive a credit for $500 worth of Hoverboard clothing that I do not want. I have not received that either. I would like my $500 refunded or a replacement board delivered. The Company is unresponsive and has been giving me the run around for over 6 months. Please assist with processing a refund or replacement for the recalled board.

The product, in the report: Hoverboard 360 by Imoto

Please help! I purchased an Imoto Hoverboard 360 on November 20, 2015 and have had issues with the battery charging station. We have had issues with a failed battery charge in January and contacted the company. The battery did not respond to charging and was heated during the charge. We discontinued use due to fear of a fire or dangerous situation. We contacted the company and were told only if the charging station was non responsive would another hoverboard be sent out. NO way!

The company has hired a third party vendor to handle the recall. I am stuck with a dangerous unit and no recourse for a refund. Hoverboard 360 is making it very difficult to get a refund on this product.

We were issued a recall notice in compliance with the CPSC national recall effort but have had difficulty obtaining a response and refund on our Hoverboard from Maxima E Commerce Holdings LLC, Imoto, Hoverboard360. However, we cannot get a response to our requests to process a return and refund. We continue to experience issues with the company in response to our requests. The email offered online store credit which we do not want. We cannot even get a call back and the third party vendor seems to be a sham and intermediary step to make the process difficult for consumers.

We are seeking full refund on this dangerous product from the manufacturer/company. We need help engaging the company in a solution and full refund.

Thank you for your assistance. We can provide documentation on purchase paid from our PayPal account.
