The product, in the report: PETSROLL 3 wheel scooter The model is GoPet The serial number is P200908000672
While riding a PETSROLL 3 wheel scooter, the scooter became overbalanced rearward to the wheelie protection wheel and lost control, resulting in broken leg and ankle. The reason control was lot is that the unit is driven by the front wheel and all braking, drive and steering is on the front wheel. if the unit becomes overbalanced backward and the front wheel leaves the ground, there is no way to control or stop the device. When overbalanced backward, the unit is practically impossible to return to the proper attitude. These units are imported from China and named PERTSROLL, ZAPPY 3, etc www.petsroll.net, www.zapworld.com/zappy-3-standard, etc.
These units need to be banned until safety issues can be corrected by the manufacturer or importer.
