The product, in the report: MONSTER HIGH ELECTRIC SCOOTER

My 9 year old daughter was moving the scooter into the garage because the battery was dying. She was approaching our automobile and a friend of ours had arrived at our house at the same time. My friend saw the scooter accelerate rapidly and head towards our car. My friend attempted to grab the scooter along with my daughter but she couldn’t kill it in time and the scooter ran into the rear of our car. The car was damaged and the scooter retained some minor damage.
