The product, in the report: Aero bars by Zipp - Vuka extensions. These are clip ons that are added to road bikes to make them more aerodynamic and put the rider in a forward position.

I bought aero bars by Zipp - Vuka that were installed on my bike for a triathlon. There are no instructions or safety warnings that I saw prior to use. Using the aero bars I was biking at about 20 to 21 mph and peeked to my left to ensure no one was behind me and the bike veered left and right and became uncontrollable due to the shifted forward weight on the bike in aero form. I had no control and no way to hit the brakes. These are very dangerous and need to be taken more seriously. I was injured badly. The left side of my body is cut up and I had to make 1 trips to the doctor and urgent care. Please helps crease the safety warnings around using these.
