The product, in the report: Foldable bike. Black color. For kids and up. 20in Folding Bikes for Kids/Adults 7 Speed City Folding Compact Bike Bicycle

Hello, I bought on Amazon for my daughter 12th bday a bike from Kendii. We assembled this bike when little after 30days due to the weather getting better outside in IL. As soon as we assembled we see how this bike is dangerous to use. The head tube is not holding the stem bar and it wobbles all the way even if its all the way tigheted. This causing not controlling the head to ride it. Second is the chair it wobbles all directions as well even if it all the way tightened. I contacted the seller Kendii and he is not willing to send us the return label just he said after long arguing that he is willing to refund the price of the bike if I ship it to CA out of my pocket. I said shipping cost up to $500 than the bike is $220. I said send us those parts needed and refund at least $30. Now he is playing games just offering refunding us $50 and no parts. I don’t want this deal. This bike can kill a rider, my daughter, its not safe product and this should be banned! I have a video of its still sitting not used and its dangerous to ride. Please help. My daughter is upset without any conclusion I’m stuck i can’t ship it due to cost and they won’t refund it. I have nothing else but be a bad guy and report what is the real cause of it that its dangerous equipment to use it.
