Which is designed to keep bicycle tires safe from puncture flats. This liner actual sliced into my tube while riding causing a serious wreck. Upon inspection the liner has a sharp enough edge that under pressure it can become detriment to the bicycle tube and therefore the rider.
I have photos of the liner and the damage it caused to both front and rear tubes with the front tube being the worse of the two.
