The product, in the report: SR Suntour fork, model NEX MLO, on a Trek 2013 DS 8.3 bike
The fork of my Trek DS 8.3 2013 broke on 6/15/21. I was riding on sidewalk, stopped, then started pedaling when I heard a crunch and the front wheel locked up. Upon examination, the front fork dropdown broke and caused the wheel to fall out and get twisted into the disc brake rotor. Luckily no injury as I was starting from 0mph.

Hurt, no treatment Made Aug 13, 2015, sent to the company Aug 21, 2015, published by CPSC Sep 21, 2015
The product, in the report: Front fork of Schwinn Antrim Disc bicycle. The front forks are SR SUNTOUR model [REDACTED].
Hi,
I recently bought a Schwinn Antrim Disc bike in Calgary, AB, Canada with SRSUNTOUR front forks that I now know have been recalled.
While biking, when I lifted up on the handlebars to go over a curb at high speed the front suspension came apart causing the front wheel to come off and me to face plant into the ground very violently. I sustained several injuries including cuts to my face/hands and a concussion (photos available).
I know the front fork is part of a recall because when I reported the incident to the retailer that sold me the bike, they told me.
I would like to be compensated for the obvious flaw in design/manufacturing of the bike resulting in personal injury that should have never happened.

Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Jul 12, 2014, sent to the company Jul 22, 2014, published by CPSC Aug 5, 2014
The product, in the report: The front fork on a 2013 trek wahoo, Suntour brand, model XTC.
My brother took my bike out on just a ride around the neighborhood and after riding on a bumpy area of terrain the front wheel fell off. He fell hard, bruising a shoulder and knee, getting multiple lacerations from his waist to face, and busted his chin requiring 12 stitches. The bike was damaged by bending the disc brake and wheel and by grinding on the bottoms of the fork arms.
