The product, in the report: Sun Rims DS2 rim sold on 2008 Cannondale Bad Boy Disc bicycle. It is a “hybrid” bicycle (used for commuting)

Rim of bicycle wheel develops cracks around spoke eyelets. Rim brand is Sun. Rim model is DS2. Sold on Cannondale “Bad Boy Disc” bicycle in fall 2007. Numerous reports/ pictures of same failure I have seen are around on the internet, strongly suggesting it is a widespread mfr problem. The 7 or so cracks on this rim are all rear wheel drive side spokes (same side as the gear cluster).
