The product, in the report: Product is a Sena R1 EVO white cycling helmet (with intercom capabilities). It is worn while bicycling.

I purchased a cycling helmet. The brand is a Sena R1 EVO. The helmet was worn twice. The clasps that gathers the straps from the helmet (they form a triangle around the ear when worn) have already broken. There is now no way to ensure a secure fitment to my head. Therefore the helmet would not provide adequate protection during an impact to the head. The company was contacted and have been virtually unresponsive to this problem. They opened a ticket, we provided what they asked for, but to this point no response to resolve issue.
