The product, in the report: LectricEbike premium model with cargo baskets installed front and rear.
We were riding the same bikes, LectriceBike premium model with cargo baskets installed. The bikes worked fine without the baskets. Once the baskets were installed the bike front end (handlebars) wobbled tremendously, almost uncontrollably. This is most pronounced over bumps at low speeds and when starting from a stop. Once the baskets were removed the wobbles went away. This needs to be disclosed when purchasing the baskets. Terribly unsafe.
