The product, in the report: Schwinn Ovation Bike Seat (Model SW80356)

On a recent bike ride ride, my daughter was seated in the Schwinn Ovation Bike Seat (Model SW80356). She was properly buckled using the 3-point harness. I was riding the bike under normal conditions, traveling between 7 mph and 13 mph. Surface varied between compacted crushed stone and asphalt. Whenever I would go over a bump, twice during an hour ride, the force of my daughter on the buckles would cause the buckles to disengage and open. No injuries to the toddler, but the first time she was completely unsecured in the seat until my wife noticed. The second time, we visually confirmed that it occurred during a bump and my daughter did not open the buckle herself. A video is attached showing that minor to moderate force will result in the buckles disengaging.
