The product, in the report: Outdoor Master Childrens and Youth Helmets
I saw the recall on the OM-TD Bike Helmet by Outdoor Masters. I reached out to them about the recall and they said the helmet I purchased didn’t match the dates. However, I think this recall should be expanded because my helmet also is malfunctioning and I don’t consider safe for my child to use. The helmet insert that tightens around the head does not stay safely adhered to the [REDACTED] on the helmet - making it easy for the helmet to become loose and not fitted to the child’s head. The product information is OM-TD BIKE, 48-52cm OM200200010 10/2020. This happened after just a year of use. No injuries have occurred, we stopped using the helmet because it wasn’t staying on securely. Helmet was purchased 05/2024 from Amazon.
