The product, in the report: Montague-Paratrooper Express Folding Bike-18 Speed-26” Wheels-blue
Purchased a Montague paratrooper express Bike. According to the owners manual (p13-14) while holding the bike between your knees the handlebars should not move when twisting it in the stem. Even after tightening the bolt after a phone call to the company they still twist easily and actually come totally out of the frame. A second bike did the same thing. I am returning both. As you can imagine it could be dangers for the handlebars to twist or come out while riding.
