No one hurt Made Sep 14, 2017, sent to the company Jan 26, 2018, published by CPSC Feb 9, 2018
The product, in the report: Look 795 Light bicycle, 2016 year model, black pro team color scheme; size Small; aerostem and ZED Crankset; SRAM eTAP electronic derailler.
In July 2017 I purchased a Look 795 Light bicycle, which is distributed in the USA by Hawley, LLC. While riding my new bicycle, the chain did not catch the chain ring and fell off when I tried to shift gears causing me to nearly fall off the bicycle. I was forced to pull to the side of the road and walk my bike over 2 miles for relief. Please note that this exact bicycle model was the subject of a previous CPSC recall notice: Recall Number 17-117, dated March 28, 2017 advising owners of this product to immediately stop riding this bicycle because of a defective stem clamp which caused a rider to crash. I am aware of a least 1 other rider who has had experienced the same malfunction with the bike described above.

Product: LOOK CYCLE KEO BLADE 2 CR PEDALS
Product as a razor sharp edge on the underside outside of the pedal. If the pedal is flipped over (which happens frequently) this sharp edge is exposed and can cause serious laceration. In my case, my foot slipped off the upside down pedal, and was sliced open by this sharp edge. 9 stitches where required to close the resulting wound.
