    This report involves Infinity Boss Three Disc bicycle. While riding the bicycle down a slope (of a ramp), the rear disc brake broke apart unexpectedly. I strongly think this is a safety issue that could risk many riders’ lives when riding Infinity Boss Three Disc bicycle , especially when riders are riding their bicycles on the shared lanes where others vehicles like trucks, coaches, or trailers may be present at times. I requested Infinity Cycle Work to consider performing a post mortem investigation on the discs from the same batch and assess if a recall is required. The Infinity Cycle Work took more than one month to finally came back to me and offered a replacement bicycle in exchange for a full and final release to be executed by me.
