The product, in the report: Beach Cruiser Mens Bicycle.

Around the end of January 2013, I purchased a Bicycle from the Walmart Store on Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield, California. The Bicycle is manufactured by J.T. Kent International in N.J. I was riding the Bike home just east of the Intersection of [REDACTED], the right foot pedal rotated out from the drive wheel and fell off, I became unbalanced and I fell off the Bike onto the pavement striking my right side of my ribcage and the whole of my back. After I got off the ground, I walked the Bike to a nearbye Garage where a Mechanic used a wrench in reattaching the pedal. During this time period he told me that whomever assembled the Bike cross threaded the pedal to the drive wheel. I returned the Bike to the Store and received a refund. Later an Inspector for Walmart examined the Bike and informed me that the problem occured in manufacturing and directed me to the Manufacturer J.T. Kent in N.J. They claim that they want to “Do the right thing” to help me but they haven’t been very helpful!
