The product, in the report: Dynacraft 16” hot wheels boys bike (blue color) Model 8056-59DTJ 08032020 UPC 087876056591
I bought a new 16” kids bike from Walmart. 2 days later, my 4 year old leg stuck between paddle bar and bike frame. After trying for sometime, 911 firefighters had to cut the frame to release his leg.

Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 19, 2012, sent to the company Mar 26, 2012, published by CPSC Apr 16, 2012
The product, in the report: Dynacraft Hot Wheels Bicycle (red whit & blue graphics) improper assembly by toy store
Went into Toys R Us in Orland Park Il [REDACTED] to purchase a bicycle for my 6 year old son. He fell in love with a certain type and model i asked for one UNASSEMBLED in a box and after waiting was told that the only ones were the three on the floor and I could take one of those but would have to pay the $10 assembly fee I tried to argue it but corporate policy was thrown at me and I decided to purchase the bike anyway. when we got home he was excited to ride so we went on our bikes and a few blocks down his pedal came off and he fell. We walked home and at that point my husband went over the bike with a fine-toothed comb and it was noticed that 7 other nuts.bolts or screws were also loose and two on the verge of falling apart with one screw turn. They were located on the crankshaft and one of the wheels. This was very upsetting considering I did not want the assembly in the first place and had to pay for it but now the assembly that THEY provide is NOT EVEN SAFE. I reported this to their corporate level who do not seem to care and will be reporting it to every website I know that TOYS R US is not safe and has little concern for child safety if this is how they assemble products
