On 5/25/22 while riding my bicycle on new bicycle tires the bead on the front tire failed. This lead to an instant loss of air pressure, resulting in a crash. Head injuries including a small facial fracture were the result. Tire was being used in appropriate manner. The incident happened in Surry, NH. I reached out to the manufacturer the next day letting them know they had defective product on the market and recommended they investigate. I have not heard back from them. I intentionally did not provide them with the serial/lot info on the failed tire so they would have to respond to obtain that info. As that has not happened, I doubt they have taken the incident seriously and are putting the health of others at risk in so doing.
