The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: https://fortifiedbike.com/products/aviator-afterburner-combo-pack?variant=3851867333
I purchased Aviator & Afterburner (front & rear) bicycle lights from Fortified Bicycle (a Boston company, https://fortifiedbike.com/) in July 2017.
The lights often turn off when going over bumps, which apart from being a faulty good is a serious safety issue - if your lights turn off at night motorists can’t see you. It’s particularly bad when your rear light turns off as you can’t see it so don’t know to turn it back on.
I feel the problem is getting worse but it’s been an issue since day one. I purchased two sets of lights, one for myself & one for my wife, and both sets have the same problem, on both front & back lights. It seems to be worse on the back lights, but perhaps that’s because the ride is bumpier there.
I’ve tried to contact the company over several weeks via email, their online support form, and facebook, and received no response.
