The product, in the report: Cruiser bicycle that had brakes fail completely and unexpectedly
August 2019, felt Deep 6 bicycle brakes failed. Rear hub partially came apart and brakes failed completely but fortunately we were not riding fast and were able to stop. We now see other Felt Deep 6 bikes brakes are covered under a recall but our serial number is different and Felt says there is nothing they can do. Our serial number is S2J100076
