Clarks 8 speed anti rust road, hybrid, MTB, bicycle chain. Defect in product causing intermitten and unforseen chain stoppage causing rider falls and causing the bicycle to go out of control. Numerous emails to company at clarks.bike with no response. Calls to J&B bicycle distributers was responded to take all of this product off the shelf and will be returned for full refund. Product has know issues with many bicycle retail dealers. Reponse from clarks is total silence. Immediate recall needed before serious or rider death occurs.
