The product, in the report: Bicycle Make: Cervelo Model: S3 Disc Ultegra Di2 6870 - White Size: 58 Serial Number: SNS3EH00533

While riding my newly purchased 2017 Cervélo S3 Disc Ultegra Di2 6870 I began an acceleration and suddenly crashed at low speed. The cause of the crash was a broken chain. The bicycle was in perfect working condition and park chain wear shows the chain as still in ‘new’ condition.

Resulting damage: Helmet, Handlebars, Tape, significant scratches to RD and Shifters. Personal Injuries included minor head neck trauma, road rash, pelvic - tailbone pain, significant hematoma on hip.
