CPSC Warns Consumers to Immediately Stop Using Camzimo Bicycle Helmets Due to Risk of Head Injury; Violation of the Federal Regulations for Bicycle Helmets; Sold by Amzomn on Amazon.com. RELEASE DATE: JULY 25, 2024
I had an accident on my eBike while wearing Camzimo Bicycle Helmet. I sustained injuries that required an overnight hospital stay for head injury, including stitches, tooth veneers, and hand/arm therapy. The head injury (subdural hematoma - bleeding on the brain) required an overnight hospital stay and follow up MRIs with Primary Care to monitor brain bleed. This helmet did not sufficiently protect my head, as noted by the responding officer/medics on the scene, as well as the Hospital medical records for my injuries.
