The product, in the report: Children’s smartwatch
I purchased a Vtech Kidizoom smartwatch dx2 for my 6 year old son. After wearing the watch for less than 6 hours on one day, the watch band stuck to his skin, causing it to peel off and create 2 large sores on his wrist when the watch was removed. After contacting the company, they do not have a replacement band for the watch and only want me to return the watch to them.
