The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

First aid Made Jun 11, 2018, sent to the company Jun 19, 2018, published by CPSC Jul 11, 2018
The product, in the report: Double hammok
While my son I am I were rock climbing I set up th hammock behind us so my wife and daughter could relax. My wife got in and then my daughter. Moments after the rings went out and they fell four feet onto the rocks below. My wife dislocated her shoulder and is covered in bruises. My daughter smacked her head on a rock and rolled in the gravel. She is covered in road rash and has a slight concussion. So you could understand how bad my vacation got after injuring both my wife and daughter. I am in the doghouse and it is all your fault

Hurt, no treatment Made Aug 9, 2016, sent to the company Aug 17, 2016, published by CPSC Aug 31, 2016
The product, in the report: Double person hammock sold by BYA sports. The navy/grey version. It was bought off of Amazon.com from LoneCone seller.
We set up the hammock as directed in the instructions and the ring/tie mechanism failed when someone who was laying in the hammock tried to get out of the hammock. The weight limit is for 400 lbs, and the individual is well-under the weight limit at 280 lbs. They attempted to get out, but the ring/tie mechanism failed at the same time and he fell to the ground. With only slight bruising on his bottom, he was fine, but the recall on this item states that it is only for items sold just 2 months earlier, and I believe this product also belongs in this category.
