The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Minibike, Large
The minibike was being used as normal. It leaked gas all over. Not a tiny leak either. It leaked all of the gas onto my garage. The worst part is, then I found out that a recall was put out MONTHS ago. I purchased this brand new three months after the recall was issued for this very thing.
And now I’m told it won’t even be LOOKED at until next week under the warranty. They should have replaced the bike, not sent me in. This was a huge investment for my special needs son.
