Subject- URGENT INVESTIGATION REQUEST - Consumer Fraud, Safety Hazards, and Suspected Tax Evasion by SAVA DECK or SAVA Bike USA To the Investigating Enforcement Agency, I am filing a formal investigation request regarding SAVA DECK, also known as SAVA Bike USA. This entity operates an active online storefront processing United States dollar transactions at savadeck-bike.com, while deliberately using a fictitious domestic presence to evade consumer protection laws, state taxation, and civil liabilities. First, they are operating a shell entity to evade legal accountability. SAVA DECK lists its official United States business address as 1830 Norris Road, Bakersfield, California 93308. I have filed a civil lawsuit against them in Texas under Cause Number [REDACTED]. On June 19, 2026, a state-certified process server attempted personal service at this address during business hours and executed a sworn Return of Non-Service confirming the property is entirely vacant. Furthermore, the [REDACTED] has marked this business as believed to be out of business. This is a ghost entity actively operating within the United States market without a legitimate physical footprint or registered agent. Second, they are ignoring imminent product safety hazards. On May 18, 2025, I purchased a SAVA mountain bike from their website for 1459 USD. The bicycle contains severe, life-threatening manufacturing defects, including a complete rear wheel hub failure and a DNM TRU-8RC suspension seal failure. Despite written notices regarding these critical safety hazards, the company has entirely ignored the safety claims. Selling defective mobility products while shielding themselves behind a fake address is a direct threat to public safety. Third, they are engaging in deceptive trade practices and fraud. The company actively advertises a 14 Days Free Return policy to induce high-ticket purchases. However, when I requested a return on the day of delivery, they blatantly refused to honor the free return, threatened a 20 to 50 percent restocking fee, and stalled the process for over a month, ultimately leaving me with a net out-of-pocket loss of 1109 USD. This is a calculated, systematic violation of truth in advertising laws. Fourth, there is suspected state and federal tax evasion. Because SAVA DECK actively sells physical goods to United States residents across state lines while hiding behind a vacant logistics address and failing to register as a foreign entity doing business domestically, there is a high probability this company is operating entirely off the regulatory grid and failing to collect or remit required State Sales and Use Taxes. A reasonable resolution from the company would require full financial restitution of my 1109 USD net loss or the 1659 USD court-pleaded damages, full reimbursement of the 154 USD in certified process server fees caused by their ghost address, and a complete waiver of the standard return protocol. Given that their designated warehouse address is completely empty, a reasonable framework must adopt a destruction-in-lieu-of-return structure. Under this structure, I will provide date-stamped photographic evidence of the bicycle permanent disposal after my refund is securely processed, protecting me from a bad-faith inspection rejection. I urge your agency to open an immediate investigation into SAVA DECK. Attached to my file are my Court-Accepted Legal Petition and the Sworn Process Server Affidavit proving their stated headquarters is a vacant lot. I am fully prepared to cooperate with any investigation. Sincerely, [REDACTED]
