The product, in the report: Look 795 Aerolight
After owning the Look 795 for two months and while on a local ride at 35 KPH, the Aerostem came apart separating my handlebars from the frame and sending me crashing to the ground. I went to KU Leuven hospital where I was diagnosed with a separated shoulder, whiplash to my neck and a headache. My helmet was damaged, a cleat was torn from my shoe, my jersey was torn and my bike computer was smashed. I have photos of the equipment and hospital records if needed.
