The product, in the report: Wide Bicycle Bike Seat No Nose Mountain Bike Saddle Comfortable Cycling Saddle Cushion High Resilience Breathable for Men × 1.

I ordered a bicycle seat from Imperiiumy Store on February 5. A week later, I installed the seat and went for a ride. I was unable to remove my legs from the bike pedals when I stopped because the seat caused my legs to lock in place. I fell and damaged my knee. A torn meniscus took time to heal. I notified the supplier on March 11 after my recovery, but have received no response. I hoped to be able to return the seat and receive a refund. Imperiiumy has not responded as of March 22.
