The product, in the report: Coleman Mountain Bike 2100

I am the owner of a Coleman Mountain Bike 2100; I was riding the bike on, Sunday July 5, 2015 and all of a sudden, the bike locked up, throwing me over the handlebars and I went skidding down a sidewalk. When I finally realized what happened, I was covered in blood from my head, arms, and knees. A gentleman stopped to see if I was indeed ok. My glasses were broken, bike damaged, helmet dented on top and scratches all over entire helmet.

I was seen in the ER with a severe concussion, bleeding into the skull, major contusions on both legs, arms and a huge hematoma above my right eye along with a cut. I was prescribed pain medications and antibiotics for ten days and was seen in follow-up due to severe headaches and was told I will still continue to have headaches and have not been able to go back to work. My legs, and arms are healing, however will be scarred permanently. If I had not been wearing my helmet, I would not be here today.

I continue to Dr. and will have permanent scarring, I wish to find out whom I need to contact in regards to this matter.

The consumers have pictures, however attorney is in possession of them.
