The product, in the report: Bell Super DH Spherical, color grey and black, size medium. This is a downhill certified full-face mountain biking helmet.

On Saturday 6/10, at around 7:30am, while mountain biking, I fell over the handlebar in a technical section of the trail. When my face struck the ground, the chin guard completely snapped in half upon impact. This resulted in my face being fully exposed to the ground! I suffered a badly bruised jaw, one lost tooth and another needing to be extracted, and a torn-up upper lip. I am now in need of two dental implants.
