The product, in the report: Schwill Abbott mountain bike sold in July 2018
I have a recalled Schwinn AAAbbott bike that I contacted Pacific cycle as directed. They asked that I send proof of purchase $189.50 and that I ship the frame to them and then they would send me a new bike. I sent frame.T they say they are out of replacement bike and have decided to sent me $100 for my bike. I have no bike and not enough to buy another for having done all that was required of me. I started this process on may 15 and I have no bike now and they have not communicted with me in a timely fashion.
