The product, in the report: 2013 Trek Marlin mountain bike
I was riding my 2013 Trek Marlin mountain bike and the front wheel slipped off the front fork. Everything happened so quick the tire jerked to the right or left (I can’t remember) and my handlebars and fork stayed straight causing me to go over the handlebars. Fortunately I did not sustain major injuries; just some cuts and bruises. The front disc brake and wheel are bent. I immediately took the bike into the Trek store to get it repaired and noticed there was a recall sheet on the counter that involved my bike. What happened to me seems to be consistent with other reports involving the Suntour front fork.
