I bought (2 pack) FitRx SmartBell, Quick-Select Adjustable Dumbbell for Home Gym, 5-52.5 lbs. Weight, Black, Single from Walmart in Dec’2024. However, within 6 months the plates got dismantled while using. I tried to reach out to walmart, but as it was past 3 months, i couldn’t return.
Now, I see there’s a recall which aptly describes my problem. However, when I put in the model and serial number, it shows up as not impacted product. This is definitely not acceptable. Since now i’ve a means to approach, i’m raising this here.
