Issues with Six Moon Designs - Tent Defects and Safety Flaws:

Mesh Walls Allowing Wind Penetration: The mesh walls permitted cold wind to penetrate, making the tent unsafe and uncomfortable for camping, especially in adverse weather conditions (Contrary to merchant claim: “The unique hexagonal design and steep, sloping sides help deflect high winds and shed snow, keeping you safe from the elements”).

Guy-lines Tearing Due to Sharp Pole Connections: The guy-lines tore because of sharp-edged pole (stakes) connections, posing a risk of structural failure and potential injury

Stitching Defects and Material Failure: The tent had stitching errors and material failures at key structural points, compromising its integrity and safety Misleading Practices and Contradictions on Website

False Moisture Claims (Misleading Advertising): Claim on Website: Six Moon Designs website claims the Lunar Solo Tent prevents moisture buildup, specifically highlighting a deep bathtub floor and high vent removes excess moisture

Contradiction: The tent exhibited heavy internal condensation simulating rainfall, and the high vent failed to remove moisture, directly contradicting the websites claims. This misled consumers into believing the tent was weatherproof and suitable for outdoor use, violating standards like EU Directive 2005/29/EC (Article 6 on misleading actions).
