(I’ve attached a screenshot as well) https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B0BXCMLHQB/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_viewopt_kywd?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=one_star&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=1&filterByKeyword=warning#reviews-filter-bar

What happened that made you want to report? When using the Fluxx FX3 hoverboard the device will stop without warning to the user potentially causing great harm to the user. The device is supposed to give both sound and light warnings to the user before the battery runs out but it doesn’t.

What type of product(s) were being used? Fluxx FX3

Who was using the product(s)? 9 year old

How were the product(s) being used? In our home

Were there any injuries that happened or may have happened while using the product? Yes, my son could have been greatly harmed due to a sudden stop of movement while on the device. Thankfully this was inside but not outside where he could have been greatly harmed.

How did any injuries occur? N/A

My son reported that this was happening since he received the product and it has only warned him 2-3 times since receiving it last October. I find this scary.

I decided to report this product after reading reports of this happening to other users as well on Amazon where the product was purchased.
