The product, in the report: Folding Three wheel Kick Scooter for children
The Saturn Folding Scooter has a button to unlock the stem of the folding handle bar. When you depress this button, the stem releases and then you move it upward until you hear a click. The stem is supposed to lock in place. But it won’t. It is unstable and unsafe to ride. The company would not address this issue except to tell me to take it back to Costco for a refund.

The product, in the report: Jetson Scooter
Jetson scooter model mars(jmar-irs) has an inferior handle bar clamp controlling the steering mechanism which will break or loosen shortly after beginning to ride it. This clamp controls the steering of the scooter. As my grandson was riding this item that was gifted to him the wheel went one direction and he the other causing several deep elbow and knee scrapes. These situations may occur without notice and have likely led to more serious incidents. As well when it breaks it can pull off of the holder and low voltage wires can be exposed. In my grandson’s situation, his were cut when this 5 1/2 year old tried to reinstall the handle to attempt to ride it again
