The product, in the report: Apollo Phantom 60V 2021 Scooter Black 80 Lbs.
My Apollo Phantom Scooter, just purchased last week, had the Handlebars fold even though it was in the locked position. I was going approximately 43 MPH and could have been killed. I was lucky I had leather clothing on and an excellent Japanese Motorcycle helmet. This saved me from serious injury or being killed.
