The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Emergency room Made Jul 5, 2022, sent to the company Jul 8, 2022, published by CPSC Jul 22, 2022
The product, in the report: Razor A6 kick scooter
I was opening a folded scooter (Razor A6). I was holding onto the square frame member, and operated the lever to unfold the scooter with my pointer finger. When the bottom part of the scooter unfolded, the force caused my thumb to get crushed between the square frame and a metal plate. The “crush zone” for this scooter is directly opposite the lever, which makes this scooter dangerous. We own two other styles of Razor scooters that do not have this issue.

Hurt, care not known Made Mar 8, 2022, sent to the company Mar 10, 2022, published by CPSC Mar 24, 2022
The product, in the report: Razor A Kick Scooter; Aluminum chassis with foam grips and urethane wheels; Pink color; Dimensions 23.9” x 11.3” x 32.4”
My daughter (4 years old) was riding her new Razor A Kick Scooter for the first time, when one of the handlebars suddenly detached, causing her to crash. She was not seriously injured beyond a few scrapes on her knee. Despite being only 4, she was able to explain to me exactly how the product malfunctioned. When I look at the design of the scooter closely, it’s not hard to see how it is unsafe. The grips of the handlebars are detachable by depressing a small pin. Once depressed, the entire handle bar easily slides out of the steering post and the rider is almost guaranteed to lose control and crash. The pins are located very close (less than an inch away) from the foam grips and a place where a child or other user is very likely to put their thumb while riding. A much safer design would be to have this handle bar assembly be a single welded piece. Alternatively, the grips should have a secondary locking mechanism that requires a tool to loosen so that they cannot be suddenly detached while riding.
